Why is it so hard for women in sales? Are men naturally better?

According to Forbes,  results of some studies showed that there were 62.5% more female than male top performers.  Also, that female top performers actually outperformed the male top performers by 73.9%.  Hence, I focus on women's natural abilities versus generic sales techniques.

I'm not comfortable asking for the sale or where we go from here? What can I say?

You could pose a simple question such as, "Does this sound like a good fit for you?". This question is powerful because it opens the floor for further discussion or clarification, if needed. Through our sessions together, we will develop strategies you may implement right away.  You will be able to ask for business more naturally.

How can a person increase their sales confidence?

There are copious ways to speak more confidently during a sales call, presentation, or meeting.  Make sure you know who you are speaking to.  Be mindful of your energy, tone and body language.   By revisiting previous experiences, I teach clients in real-time how to increase their sales confidence and shift their mindset and feelings about sales.
